Position Description

Modern Aesthetics is taking medical aesthetics to a new level of excellence. The Office Administrator supports company operations by maintaining office systems and ensuring that policies, procedures and operational duties are completed.

Controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, getting approvals for supply requisitions, along with maintaining office protocols. This position reports directly to the Partners and works alongside them to ensure that MA’s high standards and clinical procedures are followed, documented and followed up on. This position is the direct support for the Partners and Operations of MA.

Essential Duties

Client Scheduling, Follow-Up, Intake & Screening

Charting Review, Managing & Developing Processes

Supply Inventory & Reporting to Partners

Social Media Posting and Monitoring

Hours

Monday to Friday
Full time

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Administrative Experience
Office Administration Diploma an Asset
